Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee safe, effective maintenance across plant equipment and facilities. You will execute preventive and corrective work orders while adhering to OSHA and SRG safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in industrial maintenance, with PLC/robotic experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment. Football of teamwork and continuous improvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience preferred (1-2 years).
Certification in related field or equivalent education/experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding.
PLC and robotic maintenance experience.
Ability to troubleshoot systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments.
Basic computer literacy.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe performance of all duties with adherence to OSHA codes and SRG safety rules.
Maintenance of plant equipment and facilities; complete preventive and corrective work orders.
Ensure proper communication with Maintenance Supervisor and related teams.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all Maintenance areas.
Contribute to total preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
