Tillamook County Creamery Association is hiring a SR Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.

You will manage capital projects and collaborate with department managers to drive plant success while maintaining food safety standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience managing facility and grounds maintenance.
• Technical certification with significant related experience can substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance, controls, and engineering for equipment reliability.
• Manage capital projects from planning to execution for the site.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of supervisors and engineers.
