Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Project Engineer II to autonomously lead department‑level projects and drive results in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with the Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering, managing budgets, ROI analyses, and risk while guiding design across process, equipment, and facilities.

Responsibility spans procurement, construction, startup, testing, and project closeout, with frequent cross‑functional collaboration to uphold SQF/ODA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously lead assigned projects that have an impact on an entire department, moving projects and the team forward to deliver results.
• Support the Engineering Manager and the Director of Engineering with project planning, cost estimation, ROI analysis, funding, and risk assessment.
• Lead engineering design of Process, Equipment, Facilities, Electrical, Controls/Automation, and Utilities while ensuring SQF/ODA standards.
• Select and procure equipment and services, including contract negotiations.
• Manage project costs, cash flow, scope changes, and risk; oversee construction, startup, testing, and handover.
• Deliver status reports, cost analyses, issue tracking, and lessons learned; collaborate across functions to meet objectives.
