Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Project Engineer II to autonomously lead assigned projects with broad department impact. You will provide engineering and project management support to the Engineering Manager and Director, driving results aligned with our values and quality standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous project controls, and hands-on involvement from design through startup and closeout, with travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Must be able to travel 25–50% between Tillamook manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Manager in managing engineering projects.
• Lead engineering design of Process, Equipment, Facilities, Electrical, Controls/Automation, and Utilities.
• Manage the startup of a project including acceptance testing, testing on site and performing initial production runs.
• Responsible to successfully close each project including Project Documentation, Procedure Documents, Operation Training, Punchlist, Handover, and project lessons learned.
