Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–7 years of manufacturing or engineering experience, with 25–50% travel between Tillamook facilities. You will coordinate startup, testing, documentation, and closeout activities, while ensuring SQF/ODA quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects across the plant with accountability for cost, schedule and scope.
• Gather requirements, estimate costs, and support ROI analyses for potential projects.
• Lead design of Process, Equipment, Facilities, Electrical, Controls/Automation, and Utilities.
• Select and procure equipment and services, including contract negotiation.
• Manage project controls: cost, cash flow, changes, risk, and documentation.
• Coordinate startup, testing, handover and lessons learned for each project.
• Deliver status reports, cost analyses and maintain stakeholder communications.
