Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association, a leading dairy cooperative, seeks an experienced Plant EHS & Safety Manager to protect employee health and safety and champion environmental stewardship. As a core member of the Boardman Site Leadership Team, you will shape the site's vision and drive a world-class EHS culture across production and warehouse areas.

You will lead proactive EHS programs, oversee training, workers’ compensation, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations, and report

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in the EHS function required.
• Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EHS strategy and programs across the site.
• Administer site EHS programs including training, workers’ compensation, and compliance with OSHA/DEQ/U.S. EPA regulations.
• Perform EHS audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Develop, deliver, and audit EHS and security training to ensure annual compliance.
• Support EHS Committee with clear communication and action-item follow-through.
• Track and report EHS metrics, trends, and progress toward goals.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation processes including injury investigations and return-to-work documents.
• Improve site security programs in line with corporate policies.
