Responsibilities include owning capital projects, implementing preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM, and developing KPIs to measure performance. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.

Responsabilités

• Own capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and on budget with safety and quality.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems (Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, TPM) to maximize uptime.
• Manage maintenance team: delegate tasks, enforce policies, and guide work assignments for efficiency.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to operational challenges and equipment issues.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance performance and site productivity.
