Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years in maintenance/plant/manufacturing/project engineering
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with ERP systems and safety regulations
Responsibilities
- Complete safety requirements as assigned
- Hold direct reports accountable for completing assignments
- Manage Asset Care & Reliability (AC&R) program for continual maintenance improvements
- Manage plant-driven capital projects and document project deliverables
- Coordinate and oversee supplier/contractor activities for on- and off-site work
- Ensure compliance to technical specifications and contracts for equipment/services
- Develop and manage long-term Capex programs
- Oversee plant energy program and maintenance spend
- Supervise a staff of salary and hourly employees; conduct performance reviews and coaching
- May be on-call and respond to upset conditions
- Support IT activities in coordination with corporate IT department
