Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required; 8+ years’ relevant experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated team management or project leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning and adaptability required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems, including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and TPM.
• Lead the maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies and guide work assignments.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to operational challenges to keep daily plant operations smooth.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance performance and continuous improvement.
