Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Plant Director in Hazle Township, PA to lead operations in a high‑value manufacturing setting. You will oversee safety, quality, and production while coordinating with corporate support teams to meet strategic goals.

The role emphasizes developing people, managing budgets, and delivering results through decisive leadership and clear communication. Extensive manufacturing leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 6 years – experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 years – experience working as a Department Manager or Equivalent or 2 yrs as Plant Director
• 8 years – experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education)

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe plant culture.
• Oversee product quality control for the plant.
• Meet plant production goals and timelines.
• Manage specific cost controls for the plant.
• Direct and coordinate plant operations within policy and guidelines.
• Coordinate purchasing, production, quality and shipping with managers.
• Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through leadership and communication.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
• Ensure maintenance of a clean and safe plant.
• Communicate with all levels of personnel via strong interpersonal skills.
• Attend corporate trainings and meetings.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
