Niagara Bottling is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to lead all aspects of a manufacturing plant, focusing on safety, quality, production and cost control. This developmental role prepares you to step into Plant Director in the future.

Responsibilities include ensuring a safe plant culture, achieving production and cost goals, and coordinating with department managers to align purchasing, production, and shipping operations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 Years – Experience in Position.
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects.
• Proficient in planning, organizing, multi-tasking.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety culture and plant operations in alignment with policy.
• Ensure product quality and achievement of production goals.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, quality, and shipping departments.
• Select and train supervisory and administrative staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate daily operations to plant director and leadership.
