Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Hazleton, PA seeks an Assistant Plant Manager to lead all aspects of a manufacturing facility, focusing on safety, quality, production, and cost control. The role offers a developmental path to Plant Director and a chance to impact operations daily.

You will work with department managers to coordinate purchasing, production, quality, and shipping, recruit and train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 6+ years experience in position.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe plant culture and operations.
• Ensure product quality and achieve production goals.
• Manage plant costs and coordinate purchasing, production, quality and shipping.
• Recruit, train and develop supervisory and administrative staff.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and plant meetings.
