Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related field with ABET accreditation.
7+ years in manufacturing/industrial controls engineering.
Experience with plant manufacturing systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated technical leadership and problem-solving ability.
Ability to lead projects and influence diverse groups across functions.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain plant electrical and controls architecture and standards.
Lead or support capital projects from feasibility to handoff and startup.
Troubleshoot PLC code, controls hardware, and network systems.
Develop and implement maintenance and obsolescence plans.
Provide technical direction for control-system networking, visualization, and data.
Coach and develop plant resources in controls engineering.
