This role serves as the plant SME for automated control systems, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve equipment performance and uptime. You will own the controls architecture, direct capital projects, troubleshoot PLCs, and develop the technical capability of plant teams to deliver safety,

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical/Controls/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/industrial controls environments.
• Experience with plant manufacturing systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects with scope, scheduling, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain plant electrical and controls architecture and standards.
• Lead capital projects from feasibility to handoff and start-up.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and control-system hardware/software.
• Develop and deliver technical training and plant capability.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve reliability.
