Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) – Level 5 to support challenging operational requirements across the Washington Metropolitan Area. The role combines forward-looking guidance, program management, and field liaison within the Intelligence Community.

Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of related experience, plus strong briefing and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of applicable experience.
• Cable writing experience.
• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph at time of application.
• Familiarity with classified databases including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills with ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance based on operations, tradecraft, and intelligence priorities.
• Manage programs from traditional operations to specialized initiatives.
• Provide objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations and liaise between field personnel and Intelligence Community.
• Lead and coordinate execution across multiple locations within the Washington Metropolitan Area.
• Collaborate with customer managers at all levels to deliver solutions to complex operational problems.
