Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) III to support complex operational requirements across locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Ideal candidates will be inquisitive, investigative, and action-oriented with the ability to deliver solutions to complex problems, while identifying new tools and capabilities. Applicants should have strong briefing and writing skills and be able to work independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7-12 years of applicable experience.
• Cable writing experience.
• Must possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph at the time of application.
• Familiarity with classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills and the ability to work with teams or independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational case management for intelligence operations.
• Oversee program management across the customer, from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Review ongoing and potential operations and act as the liaison between field personnel and the Intelligence Community.
• Communicate with customer managers at various levels of responsibility to deliver solutions.
• Support intelligence operations or related objectives with regional or functional expertise.
