Job summary

VTG is seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) to support our Client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Successful candidates will apply advanced knowledge of operations and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and manage programs, while coordinating between field personnel and the Intelligence Community. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7-12 years of applicable experience (Level 3).
• 12-20 years of applicable experience (Level 4).
• 20+ years of applicable experience (Level 5).
• Cable writing experience.
• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph at time of application.
• Familiarity with classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills with the ability to work with teams or independently with minimal supervision.
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and work under pressure, independently or in a group.
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational case management with advanced operations knowledge.
• Apply operational tradecraft to support programs from traditional activities to specialized initiatives.
• Serve as a vital link between field personnel and the Intelligence Community.
• Manage programs across the customer organization from inception to execution.
• Deliver objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.
