Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) - Level 5 to support the client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area, including McLean, VA.

Ideal candidates will have 20+ years of applicable experience, TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and strong briefing and writing abilities. The role emphasizes program management, operations, and liaison with intelligence community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of applicable experience.
• Cable writing experience.
• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph at time of application.
• Familiarity with classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work with teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver solutions to complex operational problems; identify new technical tools and capabilities.
• Deal effectively with customer managers at all levels of responsibility.
• Executive Officers apply advanced knowledge of operations and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Manage programs across the customer, from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Provide objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations and serve as the link between field personnel and the Intelligence Community.
