Job summary

VTG is seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) III to support our Client's challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Ideal candidates are inquisitive, investigative and action-oriented with the ability to take initiative and deliver solutions to complex operational problems, while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-12 years of applicable experience.
• Must possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph at the time of application.
• Familiarity with classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group.
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative and deliver solutions to complex operational problems, while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.
• Deal effectively with customer managers at all levels of responsibility.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational case management using advanced operations knowledge.
• Manage programs from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Provide objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations and serve as the vital link between field personnel and the Intelligence Community.
