Mortenson is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager II to lead complex planning and scheduling on large projects and to guide teams in implementing scheduling strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent with extensive experience) and a minimum of ten years in construction, with PM or superintendent exposure advantageous. Base pay ranges from $128,200 to $192,300 and eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination.
• Ten years of construction experience with PM or superintendent exposure desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, sequencing, and 4D planning.
• Strong ability to read plans and specifications and identify concerns.
• Knowledge of project management, contracts, and claims avoidance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning and scheduling on multiple or highly complex projects.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct scheduling activities.
• Ensure adherence to corporate planning standards across projects.
• Develop mitigation options for scheduling problems with site management.
• Coach and mentor team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and risk tracking.
• Support company-wide scheduling training initiatives and best practices.
• Build relationships across diverse teams and levels.
