Mortenson Construction is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager II to lead complex planning and scheduling across large projects. You will oversee schedules, mentor teams, and drive mitigation strategies while aligning with corporate standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction, strong scheduling expertise, and excellent communication. Travel as required; base pay ranges are highlighted in the posting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or high school diploma with CHST, OSHA 500, and 12 years of construction experience
• Minimum ten years of construction experience; project manager or superintendent experience desirable
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, construction practices, project sequencing, and 4D visual planning methodologies
• Strong plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills
• Knowledge of project management, buyout, contracts, and basic claims avoidance
• Strong organization, delegation, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple project teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral and written communication, and public speaking skills
• Ability to travel as required

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight of planning and scheduling on multiple or large projects
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct planning and scheduling activities
• Ensure corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented
• Generate and recommend mitigation options for scheduling problems
• Coach, mentor, and train team members in scheduling methods
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and schedule risk mitigation
• Support roll-out of company-wide training plans
• Coordinate and lead scheduling improvement initiatives
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels
