Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager II to lead complex planning and scheduling on large projects. You will coordinate teams, enforce scheduling standards, and drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with project leadership.

The role requires extensive construction scheduling experience, strong leadership, and a track record in project planning. Seattle office with competitive compensation and company-wide incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling concepts and 4D planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling on multiple/large projects.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct scheduling activities.
• Ensure adherence to corporate planning standards.
• Develop mitigation options for scheduling problems.
• Coach and train scheduling team members.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals.
• Support company-wide scheduling training programs.
• Lead scheduling improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Build relationships across diverse teams.
