Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced Scheduler II to oversee planning and scheduling activities across projects. You will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely, accurate project schedules using CPM methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering, and a minimum of two years of construction experience with strong analytical and communication skills. Travel may be required and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of two years construction experience or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience as a project engineer is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Ability to travel may be required based on operating group.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with site teams and trade partners to develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs
• Support supervision by monitoring and updating project schedules
• Assist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems
• Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules as needed
• Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• Perform other duties as assigned
