Job summary

Hydrostor, a leader in Advanced CAES energy storage, is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead planning across North America from Denver, CO. This role reports to the Project Controls Manager and requires collaboration with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure schedule integrity and on-time delivery.

The position involves developing WBS, master and detailed schedules, resource loading, schedule risk analysis, change integration, and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of CPM, risk management, and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) based on project scope.
• Create and maintain master, summary, and detailed schedules with baselines.
• Incorporate data from project teams and contractors into the master schedule.
• Lead weekly scheduling reviews and communicate milestones and risks to stakeholders.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and critical path analysis; propose recovery plans.
• Integrate change management into project schedules and generate reports/dashboards.
