You will work with field operations, design, and external stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and manage performance metrics to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 8 years of experience in construction, design, maintenance, or operations (utility experience preferred).
• 3 years in a senior planning role and demonstrated mastery in scheduling and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 0–12+ week schedule development for regions/areas, ensure alignment with priorities and resources.
• Coordinate readiness activities: permits, locates, traffic control, vegetation management; manage real-time work queues.
