Hydrostor, a leader in Advanced CAES energy storage, is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead planning across North America from Denver, CO. This role reports to the Project Controls Manager and requires collaboration with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure schedule integrity and on-time delivery.
The position involves developing WBS, master and detailed schedules, resource loading, schedule risk analysis, change integration, and regular progress reporting.
Location: Denver, CO – Houston TX (3+ days/week in office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: Approximately 20%, National / International travel required

The Planning & Scheduling Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing planning and scheduling operations across North America. Reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring effective planning and scheduling support for project teams while contributing to the overall operational functions of the Project Controls team. Collaboration with various teams will be key to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and seamless coordination.
We are seeking an enthusiastic planning professional with extensive project planning and scheduling experience to take on the role of Planning & Scheduling Manager. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for advancing their career within a project environment, particularly within the renewable or utilities energy or the Oil and Gas sector. Strong multitasking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and acute attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
