Job summary

Hydrostor is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to drive North American project planning across Denver, CO and in-office collaboration. Lead scheduling efforts, manage baselines, and coordinate with project teams to ensure on-schedule delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and deep knowledge of scheduling methods, including risk analysis and change control. Hybrid in-office presence required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Thorough understanding of planning, scheduling, risk management, and earned value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) based on project scope.
• Create and maintain master, summary, and detailed project schedules with baselines.
• Incorporate schedule data from project managers, construction managers, contractors, and teams.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling review meetings and provide updates on milestones and risks.
• Review contractor schedules and align milestones; audit schedule integrity.
• Perform resource loading on activity schedules to align with staffing plans.
• Conduct schedule risk and critical path analyses; propose recoveries.
• Integrate change management into project schedules; assess impact of changes.
• Generate schedule reports and dashboards; prepare lookahead schedules.
