Job summary

TaylorMade/SUN DAY RED is seeking a Senior Planning and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning across regions and channels, ensuring products meet GTM launches on time and within budget.

You will drive OTB management, develop forecasts, align with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, and manage KPIs such as inventory turns and on-time delivery while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of open-to-buy planning or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning with OTB governance.
• Develop annual, seasonal and monthly demand plans.
• Align inventory, revenue targets and lead times with GTM.
• Manage monthly S&OP and regional allocations.
• Partner across Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor KPIs like order fill rate and on-time delivery.
