Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a senior planning leader to own end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning. You will manage forecasting, open-to-buy budgets, and allocation strategies across regions and channels, partnering with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align with brand and GTM plans.

The role requires 7+ years in open-to-buy planning or supply chain, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of apparel, accessories, and footwear demand planning, open-to-buy planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, seasonal, and monthly demand and open-to-buy plan models aligned with sales channel revenue plans and DIO strategies.
• Manage the OTB process to align purchasing with financial targets, inventory turn goals, and forecasts.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Merchandising to develop budgets by region, channel, and category; provide regular reporting.
• Lead demand forecasting using statistical models, sell-through data, and market input to deliver accurate forecasts.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans and balance capacity, lead-times, and MOQs with Supply Chain.
• Monitor regional demand signals and provide in-season forecasts and replenishment guidance.
• Develop regional inventory allocation strategies and optimize weeks of supply and capsule performance.
• Manage monthly demand reviews and open-to-buy deliverables; monitor KPIs for revenue, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop the planning team, drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
