Jabil is seeking a senior Planning leader to drive cross-site planning, standardize processes, and align strategies with business objectives.

You will oversee the Planning Department across multiple sites, develop master schedules, monitor KPIs, and lead a team of planners while partnering with operations and materials management. This role requires extensive experience in supply chain planning, travel up to 25%, and the ability to influence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 9 to 12 years of materials experience with at least 6 years in a management role.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%+ to support assigned sites and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Planning Department across multiple sites and oversee 12 direct reports.
• Lead development and implementation of planning strategies.
• Review capacity modules and master schedules to ensure data integrity.
• Drive standardized planning processes and cross-site collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and budgeting for the Planning Department.
