Job summary

Jabil in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Planning Supervisor on site to lead the planning staff within the workcell and implement planning strategies. You will optimize costs under supervision, ensure 100% on-time delivery, and drive improvements in key operational metrics.

Responsibilities include developing MPS, BOMs, and routings, maintaining ERP accuracy, and coordinating with the Planning Manager to align with customer demands and contracts.

Qualifications

• Two years planning experience or more.
• Experience leading a planning team and coaching staff.
• Knowledge of MRP principles and ERP systems.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the planning staff within the workcell.
• Develop and implement planning strategies and systems.
• Optimize costs under supervision of the Planning Manager.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and accuracy of MPS/BOMs.
• Own production scheduling and BOM/routing creation.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics.
