Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS, P21) and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of planners across multiple manufacturing locations, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Establish standard planning processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and sales to align planning strategy with goals and capacity constraints.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex project or order issues; ensure resolution.
• Drive cross-functional communication to ensure timely delivery of engineered systems and maintain project timelines.
• Oversee order intake, including PO review, order acknowledgment, change orders, and invoicing.
