• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 15+ years direct experience in Commercial Management, Preconstruction, Construction Management, Engineering, Scheduling or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop Master Plan analysis for future sites including logistics and geotechnical considerations.
• Lead transition from planning to execution teams (Preconstruction to Delivery)
• Set project targets for cost and schedule and coordinate multiple internal and external teams.
• Provide constructability reviews to influence design for safer, more cost-effective delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
