Job summary

Meta seeks a Schedule Lead for Data Center Design, Engineering and Construction to oversee all schedule management and reporting for a strategic portfolio. You will partner with Delivery and Project Controls leads to forecast and mitigate schedule risks, enable commercial accountability, and drive timely project delivery.

The role requires leadership, communication, and organizational excellence within a collaborative, analytical environment and may involve travel to multiple Data Center sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience managing an Owner's planning/scheduling program.
• Familiar with Data Center or Construction programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, organization and reporting skills.
• Experience leading complex project planning with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience driving actions based on schedule metrics.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to influence direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end schedule coordination and updates with risk management input.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks through defined processes.
• Accountable for vendor and contractor schedule management.
• Oversee contractor baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market.
• Lead EOT/delay tracking and claims with contract alignment.
• Identify Proactive Risk Indicators and escalate to health reviews.
• Manage a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
• Travel ~50% to data center sites and home office.
