Job summary

Meta is seeking a construction scheduling lead to drive early-phase site development from due diligence through handoff. You will collaborate with leadership, site development, preconstruction and delivery teams to manage master plans, budgets, and timelines for complex build programs, including new region/product development.

You will provide constructability input, risk analysis, and value engineering while coordinating internal and external teams to meet roadmaps and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of direct experience in Commercial/Preconstruction/Management roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams to a single project outcome.
• Experience with large capital programs and ground-up development.
• Strong preconstruction skills: budgeting, scheduling, risk and change management.
• Understanding of schedules, costs, supply chains, and contract terms.
• Experience with P6 or equivalent scheduling tools and dependencies.
• Mission Critical/Data Center experience with hyperscale builds.

Responsibilities

• Build high level path-to-break-ground schedules considering site, timing, and labor.
• Define critical milestones and last responsible moment for decisions.
• Contribute to master plan analysis for future sites and logistics.
• Transition and embed new region/product development between planning and execution.
• Set project targets and coordinate internal/external teams; define deliverables.
• Influence engineering strategy with cost, schedule, and constructability feedback.
• Identify new processes/tools to improve efficiency as business needs change.
• Develop programmatic scheduling frameworks for scenario planning.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and consistent communications.
