Job summary

Meta seeks an Area Schedule Lead for Data Center Design, Engineering and Construction to manage end-to-end scheduling across a portfolio of strategic data center projects. You will oversee risk, contractor schedules, EOTs, and program-wide scheduling with a focus on speed to market and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and the ability to coordinate with DEC Technical Operations and site teams. Travel about 50% to visit data center sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 and other scheduling methodologies.
• Experience developing/managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Familiar with Data Center, Infrastructure or Construction programs requiring complex commissioning specifications.
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills.
• Experience leading complex project or program planning and coordination among many stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience developing and driving actions or operational adjustments based on schedule or project controls performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams to influence strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end schedule coordination and updates with risk management interface.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks through defined processes.
• Accountable for all aspects of vendor and Contractor schedule management.
• Lead baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market and on-time delivery.
• Governing contractor EOT requests and delay tracking per contract and program guidance.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and escalation to health reviews.
• Lead a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
• Travel ~50% to other Data Center sites and home office.
