Job summary

Meta is seeking a construction and project controls professional to lead and optimize the early design through handoff phases for data center development. You will coordinate with leadership, site development, preconstruction and delivery teams to shape constructability, budgets, procurement, and schedules for new product designs.

This role requires deep expertise in construction scheduling, critical path analysis, risk management and cost control, with strong collaboration across internal XFN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Fifteen+ years direct professional experience in Commercial Management, Preconstruction, Construction Management, Engineering, Scheduling, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop high level schedules and critical path milestones considering site conditions, seasonality, labor and design type.
• Highlight key milestones and decision gates for leadership and for commitments to stay on schedule.
• Contribute to master plan analyses for future sites including logistics, geotechnical factors, local requirements and risk mitigation.
• Ensure smooth transition from planning to execution with DEC Planning to DEC Execution teams.
