Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 5–8 years industry experience.
• 3+ years in Reservoir, Development, or Planning role.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple contributors.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and track changes across large datasets.
• Strong communication across mediums.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates to short-term outlook (monthly) and long-term NAV model (quarterly).
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Contribute to modernization and optimization of planning processes.
• Apply Python, Snowflake SQL, and AI tools to automate analysis and derive answers.
• Address complex business problems with financial impact.
