Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• 5-8 years industry experience
• 3+ years in a Reservoir, Development, or Planning role
• Ability to manage projects with a large group of multi-disciplined contributors
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and change tracking across large datasets
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate through various mediums

This equips leadership to confidently share expectations publicly and ensures deliverability by collaborating with stakeholders to identify risk and optionality.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization: staying in tune with the pulse of the business, serving as a trusted economic and strategic advisor, and providing accountability to the plan.Contribute to the ongoing modernization and optimization of the planning process: redesigning workflows, eliminating manual steps, and building tools that make each forecast cycle sharper.Apply Python, Snowflake SQL, and AI tools such as Claude to automate analysis, interrogate large datasets, and turn ambiguous questions into defensible answers.
