Job summary

ReCon Management Services is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to develop and track project schedules in a complex construction environment. You will input data into scheduling systems, maintain schedules, and generate reports for project leadership.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera or MS Project, strong Excel skills, and a thorough understanding of CPM-based scheduling and resource loading. This is a hands-on on-site position in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with specialized training or college coursework and at least 11 years of experience.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge required.
• Extensive scheduling software experience (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of field construction and plant maintenance activities.
• Understanding of schedule controls methodology.
• Experience with CPM networks and resource monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Gather and input data into scheduling software programs.
• Maintain schedule and update as needed.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports.
• Evaluate critical path, manpower, resources, and equipment.
• Report to a Manager.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
