Job summary

Gainor Staffing seeks a Lead Scheduler to manage schedules for a portfolio of complex construction projects within a growing data center development. You will partner with project teams and leadership to drive schedule performance and delivery from preconstruction through commissioning.

The role requires 7+ years of scheduling experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and expertise in Primavera P6 (MS Project a plus).

Qualifications

7+ years of construction scheduling experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert in Primavera P6; MS Project experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and schedule risk analysis.
Experience supporting large-scale, concurrent projects.
Data center, industrial, or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain master schedules from preconstruction through commissioning.
Analyze schedule performance, critical path activities, and potential delays.
Coordinate with project teams to validate progress and schedule accuracy.
Prepare forecasts, reports, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Assess schedule risks, support recovery planning, and evaluate change impacts.
Standardize scheduling processes and mentor junior team members.
