ReCon Management Services in Sulphur, LA seeks a Scheduling Associate to support development and tracking of project schedules. You will input data into scheduling software, maintain and update schedules, and generate reports for management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED) with some training, 0–5 years of related experience, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Primavera or MS Project and CPM scheduling is a plus, along with solid communication abilities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; with additional scheduling training or college coursework.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project).
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and resource monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and input data into scheduling software programs.
• Maintain schedule and update as needed.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports.
• Evaluate critical path, manpower, resources, and equipment.
• Report to a Manager.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
