Qualifications

• Must have proven experience developing complex project schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling, forecast, and risk assessment.
• Experience with large EPC/EPCM projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and analysis of integrated EPCCS schedules.
• Ensure alignment with objectives, milestones, and contracts.
• Collect and evaluate scope, quantities, staffing, and schedule logic.
• Facilitate planning workshops and schedule reviews.
• Provide leadership to planners and schedulers.
• Monitor performance, perform critical path analysis and risk assessments.
• Prepare schedule reports and executive presentations.
• Advise on mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Ensure schedule quality and continuous improvement.
