Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a seasoned project controls scheduler to lead the planning and scheduling of large power or infrastructure projects across the United States. You will manage Level 3/4 schedules, identify trends, and drive on-time updates while coordinating with project teams.

The role requires strong MS Office, Power BI, Primavera P6, and MS Project skills, plus extensive scheduling expertise across engineering, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• 14-17 years of relevant work experience as an alternative.
• Strong scheduling capabilities across planning, scheduling, engineering, construction, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manages planning activities for a significant area within a project, including Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.
• Identifies schedule trends for management attention.
• Analyzes data to provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges.
• Ensures schedule updates are completed in time to support project reporting requirements.
• Supports project organizational and administrative activities.
