Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a corporate EPC group planning/scheduling expert to coordinate across enterprise planning groups, guide projects on scheduling, and support development of analytics dashboards. This full-time role is based in Houston, TX or Reston, VA, with travel as needed.

You will bring 10+ years in planning, strong Primavera proficiency, and experience leading scheduling on projects. The position includes mentorship, and opportunities to influence scheduling procedures.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in engineering discipline, business, construction management, or related field.
8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Actively engages in coordinating activities for the Planning & Performance Knowledge Network.
Assists conducting project cold eyes reviews and Planning process assessments.
Provides guidance to NDEU project controls central functions with development of analytical dashboards.
Coordinates with Planning groups across all business lines/GBU's on procedures and brainstorming sessions.
Engages with software vendors to provide feedback to senior management.
Assists teaching scheduling classes as part of Corporate team.
