Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Broad range of PI matters including discovery, motions, depositions, mediation and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Take ownership of case strategy, complex motion practice, legal writing and depositions.
• Independently manage a personal injury caseload while collaborating with clients, experts and team members.
• Drive matters forward at a senior associate level with responsibility for case development and resolution.
