The position offers a base salary of $250,000 plus commissions, opportunities for significant file ownership, and a performance-based earnings model in a growing plaintiff-side practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Civil litigation background focused on plaintiff personal injury.
• Experience taking and defending depositions preferred.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Assist with mediation and settlement strategy.
• Support trial preparation and client communication throughout litigation.
