We Are Legal Revolution in Orange County, CA seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury matters from intake to settlement. This full-time, remote role offers meaningful client contact, ownership of file progress, and opportunities to shape case strategy in a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active U.S. license, and 5+ years in plaintiff-side pre-litigation. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct case investigations and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
• Draft and prepare pre-litigation demand packages and related documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain proactive client communication and deadlines.
