Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through settlement. This fully remote role allows you to own pre-litigation files and drive negotiations with insurers while staying connected with clients and teammates.

Requirements include a JD, active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, 5+ years of pre-litigation PI experience, and strong drafting, discovery, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, specifically pre-litigation.
• Excellent working knowledge of California personal injury law, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Strong drafting, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple matters with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct case investigations and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
• Draft and prepare pre-litigation demand packages and related legal documentation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain proactive client communication, expectations management, and service quality.
• Collaborate with support staff and attorneys to keep matters moving on deadlines.
