Ideal candidate will hold California Bar, have extensive PI litigation experience, and be comfortable leading trials, depositions, and complex settlements while contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• California Bar license in good standing.
• Extensive personal injury litigation experience.
• Willingness to take on autonomy and ownership.
• Ability to handle trials, depositions, motions and settlements.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage serious injury claims from intake to resolution.
• Lead general personal injury litigation and trial preparation.
• Mentor junior attorneys and help grow the practice.
• Negotiate settlements and handle depositions.
